A total of 85.5 contact hours (excluding optional seminars and school visits) will be conducted on Saturday afternoons from 16 December 2023 to 11 May 2024 except public holidays. (Subject to the final timetable, some Saturdays may be excluded.)
A) Core modules (78 hours):
| Module 1: Strategic Direction and Policy Environment | 15 hours |
| Module 2: Learning, Teaching and Curriculum | 15 hours |
| Module 3: Teacher Professional Growth and Development | 12 hours |
| Module 4: Staff and Resources Management | 15 hours |
| Module 5: Quality Assurance and Accountability | 9 hours |
| Module 6: External Communication and Connection to the Outside World | 12 hours |
B) Elective lectures(1.5 Hours) & Action Research (6 Hours)
C) Optional Seminars and School Visits:
- A series of seminars (such as Portfolio Preparation) will be organised with respect to some of the above core modules for optional attendance by the Course participants.
- School visits will be arranged to provide on site discussion and sharing with school administrators.
