Course Content

A total of 85.5 contact hours (excluding optional seminars and school visits) will be conducted on Saturday afternoons from 20 December 2025 to 9 May 2026 except public holidays. (Subject to the final timetable, some Saturdays may be excluded.)

A) Core modules (78 hours):
Module 1: Strategic Direction and Policy Environment15 hours
Module 2: Learning, Teaching and Curriculum15 hours
Module 3: Teacher Professional Growth and Development12 hours
Module 4: Staff and Resources Management15 hours
Module 5: Quality Assurance and Accountability9 hours
Module 6: External Communication and Connection to the Outside World12 hours
B) Elective lectures(1.5 Hours) & Action Research (6 Hours)
C) Optional Seminars and School Visits:
  • A series of seminars (such as Portfolio Preparation) will be organised with respect to some of the above core modules for optional attendance by the Course participants.
  • School visits will be arranged to provide on site discussion and sharing with school administrators.
