^* Students of the English specialising subject are required to attend  a 6 – 8 week Immersion Programme in an English speaking country.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants seeking admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Full Time) Programme should possess:

1. a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or equivalent; and
2. demonstrated language proficiency in Chinese and English* as recognised by the Department.

Proof of English proficiency is required for all applicants whose bachelor’s degrees were obtained from programmes where the medium of instruction is not English. These applicants must meet the following minimum requirements for English proficiency:

Applicants may be required to attend an interview as part of the selection process. Reference is made to communicative skills, language proficiency, maturity and motivation of the candidate.

Non-local Students: HK$145,000
